If you are a member of the public

Look for the BaggagePIN number on the tag
Enter the BaggagePIN number into the box below
This will give you the preferred method of contact for
the bag owner

What to do if you are contacted by a member of the public regarding your mislaid baggage.

Ask for the security strap number which can be found on the security strap
Confirm that the security strap number belongs to you
Arrange for delivery or collection ensuring that the agreed location is safe to do so
If you have any concerns, contact the local police or your Consulate/Embassy before the collection or delivery of your baggage item
