We will refund your entire membership fee to your bank account with no questions asked. All we will need you to supply is the electronic transaction number that was issued to you, your name and for security reasons your BaggagePIN number plus the answers to your security questions, we will then refund your membership fee. The membership contract starts from the date of purchase.
